Vier der 15 Patienten hatten eine Hornhautgeschwür trophic und 2 eine bakterielle Keratitis,7 trophische Störungen mit Dellen oder sterilem Hornhautulkus und 2 Patienten eine Hornhautgeschwür trophic Limbusstammzellinsuffizienz bzw.
Ein Patient entwickelte zusätzlich eine toxische Keratopathie, die am ehesten durch Cyclosporin-A-Augentropfen induziert war. Bei 26 Patienten konnte diese GvH-Reaktion histologisch bestätigt werden.
